Using my left hand to draw I believe this went considerably well considering I was using my weaker hand, as can be seen in the messy lines I found it again difficult to capture the detail without using a lot of a tone and lines within my drawing.

Drawing with both hands within 5 minutes, this being a lot messier with the line work I still found that using a pen for this made it more unique in style and made it look more bold, despite the fact that some of the features were slightly off from using both hands to draw.

With this drawing,we were only allowed to look at our paper for a few seconds and mainly draw only looking at the person across from us. I found that this worked brilliantly for me and that I could draw portraits a lot better the less that I looked at the paper. Capturing main details of the face with simple pencil strokes with the hair and details within the face.

Moving on to another subject but this time without looking at our papers we had 5 minutes to draw each other, although this was very difficult as we couldn't look at what we were drawing I still found that I still managed to capture more detail not looking at my paper at all compared to when I could.

Again, another drawing of Carys but with a shorter amount of time, as it can be seen with only 5 minutes of drawing I spent a lot of time looking at the paper not really paying much attention to my subject which I found was a big weakness in my drawings.

Cary, a 10-minute portrait drawing yet again very difficult with the time and the positioning of the face. Although I found that within this drawing the positioning of  the different facial features became a lot more in line and I began to add more line work and tone within this drawing.

A pencil portrait of Alex, I found this quite difficult as not only was it my first portrait drawing of someone else but also the positioning of the face nd capturing individual details without making them too obvious in the drawing. For example the curving of the lips and how they are positioned on the face.
